NOTE: Experience working in an MSP environment and/or supporting education customers is very much preferred. Existing 2nd line experience is fundamental.

As a Second Line Technician, you will be providing IT support for our education customers which have been escalated to you after being triaged/first worked on by the 1st line team.
You’ll work from our office which is based in Taunton, alongside 2 other first line technicians. This is supplemented by a team of home based helpdesk staff who are spread across England. You may occasionally be requested to make visits to customer sites.
You’ll be comfortable and conversant with the latest technologies and cloud solutions such as Microsoft/Office 365, Google Workplace and ideally Azure. You’ll possess excellent organization, communication skills and determination, good time management as well as troubleshooting skills are crucial.
