We are seeking a skilled ICT Manager to join our innovative AI company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s ICT infrastructure. This includes overseeing a computational cluster environment built on virtualization software, managing the office network and adhering to ISO standards for a secure and standardized IT infrastructure.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, data security, and compliance, making it essential for someone with a proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong grasp of modern ICT practices.
For this job opportunity, presence in the office is required 3 days a week.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience with virtualization software and other cluster management tools.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
• Proficiency in managing Linux and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and experience in implementing IT governance policies.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT management or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in managing virtualized environments and network infrastructure.
• Exposure to ISO 27001 implementation or similar frameworks.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) are a plus.
