In this core leadership role, you’ll oversee a team of RTG onsite staff and remote resources, guiding them to enhance teaching and learning through cutting-edge technology.

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and a drive to exceed customer expectations.

Comprehensive IT expertise covering service desk ticketing, escalations, and end-to-end ICT support, including:

  • Extensive experience delivering end-to-end ICT support services, including service desk operations, ticketing and escalations, systems administration, enterprise security, and LAN/WAN migrations.
  • Proven track record in managing ICT support functions to ensure seamless service delivery for staff and students.
  • Strong background across a wide range of technologies, including service desk support, mail systems (Gmail/Exchange), Google Workspace for Education (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Classroom), Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, web platforms, VOIP, and data back-ups.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud-based delivery platforms, with a particular focus on Google for Education and Google Cloud services, complemented by knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Skilled in problem management, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently while minimising disruption to teaching and learning.
  • Experience in project delivery, including the implementation and integration of Microsoft, Mac, and cloud-based solutions in educational settings.
  • Experience with Synergetic and Schoolbox is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience working with a managed services provider (MSP) is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the College’s senior leadership to ensure the technology infrastructure aligns with the school’s educational objectives.
  • Develop and implement an annual technology roadmap and budget, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing support, training, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee operational procedures for managing the school’s technology systems, ensuring they meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and experience level agreements (XLAs).
