THE ROLE
The ICT Manager will lead and manage the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) function across Katharine House Hospice, which includes its support services office, local retail stores and our main Hospice site all located within easy reach of Stafford.
The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and strategic development of IT systems and infrastructure, supporting the organisation’s operational needs. This includes overseeing hardware, software, and networks; implementing the IT strategy; resolving technical issues; and managing the organisation’s website and intranet in collaboration with external partners.
