ICT Manager Lead IT Operations. Drive Performance. Deliver Change. Te Puke | Permanent We’re looking for an experienced ICT Manager to lead a Service Delivery and IT Operations teams through an exciting period of growth and transformation. Leading a team of around 10, you’ll be responsible for IT operations, cyber security, infrastructure, service delivery, governance, and project delivery. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on bringing structure, accountability, and clear priorities to a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do

• Lead Service Delivery, IT Operations, and specialist contractors
• Lift service desk performance, processes, and customer experience
• Drive cyber security, governance, risk, and disaster recovery
• Deliver key initiatives including data centre migration and operational improvements
• Manage vendors, budgets, and technology partners
• Build scalable processes, standards, and documentation
• Turn business priorities into clear plans and successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience across IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Service Delivery
• Strong understanding of cyber security, infrastructure, networks, and ICT governance
• Experience building process, structure, and service maturity
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Analytical, organised, and delivery-focused approach

Qualifications

• Relevant IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems qualification
• ITIL, Microsoft, Security, Cloud, or related certifications advantageous
