• A completed higher professional education in the field of ICT or a comparable education;
• Several years of experience in network and system administration;
• Knowledge of routing and switching technologies;
• Experience with network protocols and techniques, such as IPv4, IPv6, VLAN/VXLAN, OSPF, BGP/EVPN, IPsec, and 802.1X;
• Knowledge of wireless networks and knows how to create a stable and secure Wi-Fi environment;
• Experience with virtualization platforms, preferably VMware;
• Familiar with firewalls, reverse proxies, and load balancers within business-critical environments;
• Knowledge of and experience with Zero Trust principles and modern network security;
• A CCNA certification or demonstrable comparable level of knowledge, preferably supplemented with CCNP, JNCIP, JNCIE or similar;
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Active Directory, and Entra ID is a plus;
• Experience with network automation such as Ansible is a plus;
• Knowledge of ITIL and project management;
• Willingness to participate in on-call services.
