Gestion à distance des infrastructures de nos clients Agit comme point de contact pour l'ensemble des scopes techniques Responsable de toutes les tâches techniques (incidents, demandes, changements et problèmes) S'assure que les outils, process et documentations opérationnels sont actualisés Garanti le respect des services (SLA) Tes compétences Diplôme (université/HES/ES/CFC) en informatique Plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle dans le monde informatique (idéalement dans une société de services) Connaissances Microsoft Windows Server (2012-2022), Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ... Connaissances Powershell, Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktop ou Netscaler, virtualisation (un plus) Connaissances ITIL (un plus) Orientation objectifs et clients, approche et comportement entrepreneuriaux Assurance et goût pour le travail en équipe Méthode de travail flexible, fiable et autonome, solides compétences en communication Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais; la maîtrise d’autres langues nationales constitue un atout Nous t’offrons la possibilité de travailler dans l’un de nos bureaux en Suisse ou à ton domicile.
