Your new role

Working directly alongside the Head of ICT, you will take ownership of the operational arm of the technology function, ensuring the organisation's largely cloud-based ICT environment continues to run effectively while contributing to the delivery of technology projects and improvements.

You will oversee day-to-day IT service delivery, vendors, incidents and operational priorities while acting as a trusted technology partner to stakeholders across construction, hotels, finance, HR, sales and other corporate functions. You will also deliver technology projects from initial scoping and planning through to implementation, adoption and transition into BAU.

• This is a broad role rather than a deeply specialised technical position. You will need enough technical depth to challenge vendors, assess solutions and make informed decisions, while remaining comfortable getting involved in operational administration, escalations and problem-solving when required. The environment incorporates Microsoft 365, Entra ID and business platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
