The job holder will be able to develop expertise in new technologies & services and work closely with a wide network of key accounts and vendors. Design, operate, and propose the appropriate IaaS (Public - Private Cloud) & SaaS solutions that best address customer needs. Perform customer visits lead the technical discussion, prepare the sales offers and technical presentations, and follow up on any open points with customers, to get the sales orders executed. Market monitoring and investigation for potential new solutions that can be developed, based on strong market, customer, and Solution Sales insights. Liaise thoroughly with internal and external business partners, combining technical advice to design and fulfil the best possible ROI for the customer's IT estate. It is important to keep up with the latest technology trends to be able to introduce and train internal about new products or solutions accordingly The candidate for this position must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ICT business customer engineering or ICT Presales. Additionally, should have a university degree in IT or Telecom and certifications in Microsoft Azure (such as AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-100, MS-102), or any other relevant field. Ability to understand the customer's IT operation model and propose, in technical terms, the migration to dedicated computing, colocation, Private Cloud, Public Cloud services & solutions. Inspired to effectively communicate technical and commercial terms and explain the benefits of cloud economics with excellent command of the written and spoken Greek and English language. Passion for continuous learning of new technologies and stay current with the latest Cloud services & solutions. Self-drive and commitment to create awareness, consideration, and adoption of innovative services and solutions.
