ABOUT THE ROLE:
Victoria Police’s Information, Communications, and Digital Technology Division delivers technology solutions to our organisation’s more than 22,000 people state-wide. Applications that we use to monitor, report and improve road safety are used every day by a large part of our workforce. The product manager will focus on creating a modern easy to use system to make data collection and sharing, easier and faster for our frontline police.
A new role has been created that will be split out from an existing portfolio to allow the new manger to make this role their own. Working closely with architects, developers, stakeholders and customers you will work to plan the future for the road safety applications and improve the data collection and sharing that the systems provide. The systems we work with span from mobile devices to desktop computers and are built on various technology platforms.
The role will manage a small team of technical resources and data quality reviewers who will be integral in shaping the new managers thinking and future success.
