Description

Manage program financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in Project and/or Program Management within the ICT sector. Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs (>10M USD) in Operator environments within BSS/OSS domains. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Systems Integration and prime vendor delivery. PMI PMP® certification or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to manage program governance, financials, and customer relationships at executive level. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making abilities. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). People management experience and/or MBA is an advantage. Experience working in multi-national, matrixed, and virtual environments. Proven ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in delivery methodology and practices.
