The position should have the ability to take both the solutioning and fulfillment role. During pre-sales Minimum experience - 12 years in Telecom solutioning and delivery. Qualification - B.SC (Computer Science), B.E. or B.Tech. Candidate must have previous big scale BSS transformation project handling experience either as CSR/CFR. Building a strong Customer Relationship at C-Level (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance etc.). Supporting asset and organizational set-up and growth; a main contributor to the Professional Service culture growth, delivery methodology fine-tuning as well as harvesting the best practices from the programs driven.

Responsibilities

The ICT Program Director will take on both solutioning and fulfillment roles, focusing on large-scale BSS transformation projects. They will build strong customer relationships at the C-Level and contribute to the growth of professional service culture and delivery methodologies.
