POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Project Coordinator and System Solutions Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating ICT delivery projects and providing expert system solution analysis. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage multiple projects, engage with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to the successful implementation and monitoring of ICT initiatives.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or other reporting tools like Zeno.
  • Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) domain and AI-related implementation initiatives is desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document business requirements and functional designs using user stories, wireframes, and screen mock-ups.
  • Negotiate effectively with business stakeholders, users, technical staff, and product owners to achieve desired project outcomes.
  • Lead workshops and collaborate directly with solution stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  • Undertake process re-engineering by capturing and analyzing business processes in both as-is and to-be states through process flows.
  • Provide project coordination services across multiple concurrent projects within a program of work.
  • Prepare and maintain project reporting including status reports, schedule updates, and contributions to project steering committee packs.
  • Schedule project meetings, establish agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  • Maintain issue and risk logs to ensure project risks and issues are tracked and managed appropriately.
