ICT Project Manager

EXPERIENCE LEVEL REQUIRED:

• It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of a Senior.
• Has at least 7 years of extensive professional experience in managing IT projects, comprising a high level of experience in website development.
• A third-level qualification in a related IT discipline from an accredited education institution, minimum NFQ 6.

THE FOLLOWING NON-EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF KEY DELIVERABLES ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS ROLE.

• Leads and manages programmes from inception to completion, providing leadership, management, coordination and direction to teams delivering ICT projects.
• Liaises closely with ICT project managers, clients and stakeholders to plan, prioritise and resource the programme.
• Has an excellent and fundamental understanding in relation to the development and execution of programme management methodologies/strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – with a particular strength in written communications.
• Establishes the mechanism required to define the scope of individual projects and establishes the reporting structures required to monitor the progress of each project against defined timelines.
