About the Role

As an ICT Project Officer, you will:

  • Analyse, review, and enhance existing systems, applications, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions.
  • Manage data migration and testing requirements to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Support ICT project delivery through project management, UAT testing, and training.
  • Drive improvements by mapping current and future processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about technology and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Skills in SQL or Python for data analysis and reporting.
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or Business (desirable).
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
  • Current National Police Clearance and WA “C” Class driver’s licence.
