MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 10 plus years of experience

JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as an ICT sales account manager or in a similar role in the ICT industry/ enterprise technology.
  • Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT products and services, such as hardware, software, cloud, network, security, and telecommunications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and influence their decision-making.
  • Customer-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and service.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven and problem-solving attitude.
  • Team player with good collaboration and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
