The ICT Sales Representative – Managed Print Services, plays a critical role in driving revenue through the sale and leasing of network-connected print and imaging devices, and the promotion of Intronics’ end-to-end managed print solutions. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role focused on analysing client requirements, scoping tailored solutions, and delivering technical and commercial proposals.
The role does not involve equipment servicing or repairs but requires coordination with our technical team to ensure delivery, installation, and post-sale client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business clients through cold calls, referrals, local territory prospecting, and repeat customer networks.
- Conduct on-site reviews of client print environments to assess equipment fleet size, print volumes, network setup, device security needs, and running costs.
- Liaise with client decision-makers (IT staff, office managers, business owners) to understand workflow pain points and ICT infrastructure constraints.
- Prepare tailored solutions using Intronics’ authorised product range (including Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI, Brother and Epson devices), bundled with leasing options, MPS plans, and SLAs.
- Present integrated proposals that may include device upgrades, secure printing features, software-enabled monitoring, and automated toner replenishment.
- Quote, negotiate, and finalise commercial agreements including pricing models (lease, rental, outright purchase), service inclusions, and support response times.
- Enter customer and sales data into Intronics’ CRM and update deal pipelines weekly.
- Coordinate with our in-house service team for delivery, setup, network configuration, and handover.
- Upsell consumables (toner, ink), software licences, or managed service features as part of ongoing relationship management.
- Monitor client usage and proactively suggest contract renewals, device additions, or service expansions (e.g., for new offices or increased workloads).
- Provide weekly activity updates to the Director
- Contribute to monthly sales forecasts and trend reporting
