Your responsibilities:

- Planning, implementation, and further development of ICT security measures to strengthen the cyber resilience of the Arbonia Group

- Conducting security awareness measures and raising employee awareness

- Identifying and assessing security risks and providing support in the Security Operations environment (SIEM, SOC, EDR)

- Planning and conducting ICT security assessments and implementing improvement measures

- Advising specialist departments on information security issues

- Contributing to the further development of security guidelines, processes, and standards

- Evaluating new technologies in the field of ICT security

- Contributing to the information security strategy and ICT projects

- Deputy to the CISO

Your profile

: - Degree in computer science or business informatics and ideally 2-3 years of professional experience

- Initial practical experience or further training in information security, cybersecurity, or systems engineering is an advantage

- Enthusiasm for information security and interest in current cybersecurity topics and risk management

- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

- Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% within Arbonia Group

- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and systems thinking

- Proactive and independent work style

- Consulting skills and a team-oriented personality
