Responsibilities

We currently have an opportunity for a Service Desk Operator to join our ICT team in our Townsville Head Office.
As the Service Desk Operator your main objective will be providing efficient and effective IT support to Queensland country. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fulfilling requests raised through the ICT service desk and working with or escalating matters to specialist staff/vendors to ensure quick resolutions are achieved and service levels are met.
The position is a full-time 12-month contract, based on a 38-hour working week. The successful applicant will also be required to provide after hours’ support to staff on a rostered basis.
