SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in business process analysis and ICT solution implementation.
· Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection practices.
· Experience working in an Agile environment (preferred).

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

· Analyse and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for ICT-driven process improvement.
· Evaluate, implement, and configure ERP, CRM, and project management systems tailored to our operations.
· Integrate systems to ensure seamless data flow between manufacturing, sales, and administration.
· Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for real-time business insights.
· Coordinate with ICT vendors and manage system implementation projects.
· Provide training and user support to staff on new systems and tools.
· Monitor ICT system performance and recommend enhancements.
· Maintain data security protocols and backup strategies.
· Act as a liaison between management, staff, and technical providers.
