THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a driven and experienced ICT Solutions Manager to join our expanding team. In this dual-role position, responsibilities are split between 60% new business development and 40% account management. You will work with existing clients to deepen relationships and introduce new offerings, while also proactively prospecting and onboarding new clients.

• Drive new business through networking, cold calling, and responding to leads.
• Present, promote, and sell Tech Barn’s suite of solutions, including:
• Managed IT services (helpdesk, support, monitoring, security)
• Telecommunication products and services as an Optus Business Dealer
• Unified communications, connectivity, and advanced networking solutions
• Manage and grow a client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to unique customer needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and telecommunications trends.
• Achieve sales and customer service KPIs.
