JOB DESCRIPTION:

AI Talent is looking for a skilled and service-focused ICT Support Engineer to strengthen our internal IT capabilities. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting end-users, maintaining system reliability, and resolving technical issues across a variety of platforms. It’s a great opportunity for someone with solid technical experience and a proactive mindset who enjoys solving problems and improving IT operations. Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ICT support or a similar technical role
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network fundamentals
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues
  • Familiarity with both Windows and macOS environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced setting
  • Strong analytical thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and internal compliance policies
  • Stay informed about emerging IT trends and advancements in technology
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff and customers across a range of ICT systems, hardware, and software
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networking devices
  • Collaborate with various teams to support and maintain the organisation’s ICT infrastructure and services
