    Pippos Technology Solutions are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The ideal candidate will possess a broad technical skill set, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The ICT Support Engineers provide technical support to internal and external clients across Australia. They ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Service Level Agreements, company policies, and PTS’s Standard Operating Processes.
The Position is a hands-on role that requires technical skills, self-management, and team-player qualities to ensure the smooth running of the technical support team.
We are seeking an individual with at least two years of demonstrated MSP-based experience. You will be a team player with a cheerful and professional attitude committed to building strong client rapport and providing excellent customer service. You will use common sense and be diligent and motivated to resolve issues by engaging with clients and understanding their unique needs.
This office-based role provides remote and onsite technical support to our diverse client base and technical work at client premises. You will be responsible for daily end-user support and meticulous and responsive maintenance of IT Systems, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
