SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Team Leader, IT Security, and Infrastructure, you will work within a small dynamic team and be responsible for the provision of timely and efficient IT technical support services to the business on a national scale. The role will suit a service-orientated person who is composed, patient and is able to deal with multiple enquiries and issues, providing quick responses and accurate results. Salary will be between $75,000-$85,000 per annum.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity problems, and email-related concerns
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, servers, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support to the branch (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Testing new technology and training users
  • Active participation in the implementation of new IT solutions and services
