They seek an ICT Support & Test Engineer who can maintain system access, troubleshoot user issues, test system functions, support integrations, and ensure that digital education systems operate reliably across their campuses.

The Role

This is a full time role with an annual salary is set at $90,000 plus superannuation. The role will be based at their office in Melbourne VIC.

The Responsibilities

Some tasks may include

• Work with operational teams to ensure adherence to internal standards, procedures, and quality requirements across systems and processes.
• Review workflows, system outputs, and documentation to identify inconsistencies, risks, and areas of non-compliance.
• Recommend corrective actions and process improvements to address issues and enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Liaise with staff and management to communicate procedures, clarify requirements, and support consistent application of standards.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, printers, email, internet connectivity, and business applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, installation, configuration, and system performance.
• Test systems and applications to identify errors or faults and ensure they function correctly and meet operational requirements.
• Support users by providing guidance and basic training on software tools and operational procedures.
