• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for IT infrastructure services (Service Desk)
• Monitor and manage IT systems including computers, servers, networks, and mobile devices
• Deliver IT support at events, both from HQ and on-site
• Maintain and update the hardware and software inventory
• Organise and conduct user trainings on systems and tools
• Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals
• Ensure timely software updates and patching
• Support and actively contribute to ongoing IT projects
