We’re looking for a proactive and personable ICT Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Burbank Group.

• Respond to and resolve IT Helpdesk requests across hardware, software, and networking
• Diagnose technical issues and implement practical solutions
• Set up and support small-scale networks for display homes and remote offices
• Manage onboarding of new employees from an IT perspective, devices, setups, inductions
• Provide training and ongoing support to users across multiple platforms
• Maintain and manage IT assets, mobile devices, and service subscriptions
• Assist in delivering small IT projects and support larger implementations
• Liaise with external providers and ensure documentation is up to date
• Participate in an on-call support roster (weekends/public holidays) with additional allowance
