ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following:

Be friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in regards to requests and enquiries.
Support and assist other members of the Information Technology Unit.
Hold a Certificate III in information Technology or have relevant industry experience.
Have a high level of organisation skills to assist with time management and prioritisation of workloads.

Responsibilities

As an ICT Support Officer, you will assist in the provision of direct support of Councils ICT customers and the use of ICT resources. This position will also provide support to the Information Technology unit to respond to requests relating to hardware, software and telecommunications.
