Job Description Due to the expansion of capacity at our client, we are currently looking for a flexible and driven ICT Support Professional (m/w/d) In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of workplace management activities, including setting up and configuring workstations at both new and existing locations, providing user support, delivering ICT resources (including at the ICT Hub in Gouda), and handling second-line support requests. You will join a national team that operates primarily on a regional basis. As the role involves travel between locations, having your own transportation is required. We are looking for a candidate who is socially skilled and communicative, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You should have a genuine interest in user support and be comfortable accurately maintaining administrative records in the client’s database system. Given where most of the work will take place, we are particularly interested in candidates located in the Gouda, Alphen aan den Rijn, Zoetermeer, and Rotterdam regions. Qualifications MBO level 4 working and thinking level Relevant work experience in a similar role Proficiency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written) In possession of a valid Category B driver’s license and own transportation (a lease car will be provided by the staffing agency) Available for 36 hours per week Available to start on short notice (a short onboarding period applies) In addition, the ICT Support Professional (m/w/d) will participate in an on-call rotation. On average, this involves being on call for one week every eight weeks. On-call schedule: Monday to Friday: 17:00 – 22:00 Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 – 22:00 Additional Information All our positions are open to both women and men and are, of course, open to people with disabilities.
