We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, we are seeking an ICT Support Specialist who can bring their skills and experience for:

  • A minimum of 5 years of ICT support experience with proven technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Support the delivery of stable, reliable, and high-visibility IT services within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex incidents within the Standard Operating Environment (SOE). Manage hardware and software provisioning requests in line with corporate standards.
  • Strong technical skills in desktop and mobility support, audiovisual systems, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, particularly Microsoft Teams.
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Config Manager & Faronics Deep Freeze software for endpoint management
