ABOUT YOU

You should have a pleasant and approachable personality, as this is a customer service role. The ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a timely and effective manner whilst under pressure are essential for this position. A driving licence is essential as this role does include site work, the use of a company vehicle is provided for these visits. We are primarily based in Holsworthy, we do have an additional site in Bude which you may also be required to work from dependant on business needs.

Acuiti Solutions Ltd are expanding and looking to add another IT Technician to their team.
You will have a range of duties and responsibilities supported by our experienced and friendly team. You will be involved in resolving routine ICT issues and contributing to new installations projects.

DAILY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT NECESSARILY LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Support end users via telephone, helpdesk ticket system and e-mails, accurately recording requests and actions
  • Respond to and either resolve or escalate requests
  • Problem solving and workflow management
  • Assist with workshop repairs, upgrades, new system builds and configurations
  • Cabling and connectivity installations
  • Carrying out any ad hoc requests with accuracy and professionalism
  • Onsite hardware installations and breakdown assistance
