As an ICT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and maintaining ICT systems that are critical to BHN’s operations. You will assist in managing the organisation’s Service Desk, supporting business applications, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT infrastructure across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Service Desk and first-level technical support to staff across BHN.
  • Maintain and administer client information management systems, including testing and training.
  • Assist in the deployment, upgrade, and maintenance of ICT hardware, software, and systems.
  • Monitor, audit, and support ICT network performance in line with BHN policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation and reports on ICT systems.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Microsoft certifications in: Windows Server 2016 Domain Services, Windows 10/11 Enterprise.
  • Previous experience in an ICT Help Desk or First-Level Support role.
  • Experience with hardware and software management in a Managed Operating Environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services and health sector applications such as TrakCare, MS Dynamics NAV, Medical Director, and Pracsoft.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Online Services, Power Automate, and Windows Server environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
