We are seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Support Technician to join our company. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems, supporting internal staff, maintaining client databases, and ensuring the security and integrity of digital systems used.

REQUIREMENTS

· A minimum of bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
· At least one year of relevant work experience.
· Hold a working visa with full-time work rights.
· Strong troubleshooting ability and a proactive approach to IT problem resolution.
· Excellent communication and user support skills.
· Competent English Language ability (IELTS scores at least 6 for each component or equivalent).
· Bilingual proficiency is required (English and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

· Evaluate and implement ICT infrastructure solutions by analysing the company’s operational requirements, assessing current system capabilities, and recommending upgrades or new technologies to improve system performance, reliability, and security.
· Respond to and manage technical support incidents across hardware, software, network, and user-end platforms, ensuring timely resolution through diagnostic procedures, remote access, and escalation protocols when necessary.
· Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices and enterprise software environments, including operating systems, productivity suites, and industry-specific applications such as CRM systems or document management platforms.
· Proactively monitor network traffic and server performance, identify potential vulnerabilities, and implement measures such as firewall rules, anti-malware systems, and VPN configurations to uphold network security and data integrity.
· Manage and optimise the company’s website architecture using content management systems.
· Implement website performance monitoring tools to analyse traffic and optimise the user experience.
· Collaborate with marketing team to design, develop, and update web content, landing pages, and online forms while ensuring secure data transmission, form validation, and integration with backend systems and lead-tracking tools.
· Conduct technical audits and routine maintenance of digital platforms, including server log review, database optimisation, and website backup scheduling to ensure operational continuity and data recoverability.
· Develop and enforce IT usage policies and best practices, including documentation of standard operating.
· Support internal IT documentation and help enforce data protection, security protocols, and backup procedures.
