As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an ICT Support Technician to join our team in Sydney. This role will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless support for our business operations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in an IT support or technical role.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and hardware components.
  • Experience with IT security practices, including antivirus, firewalls, and data encryption.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, including ERP and database systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical staff with IT-related issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for IT systems, hardware, and software across multiple departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and software applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including workstations, servers, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Respond to internal IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Implement and manage security protocols to ensure data protection and compliance with Australian standards.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software rollouts to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support ERP and database systems to ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related projects and troubleshooting.
