About the role

The ICT Systems Engineer plays a key role in the design, implementation, maintenance and ongoing development of the College's ICT infrastructure. Working across systems administration, networking, cybersecurity and cloud, while supporting ICT projects, system migrations and major technology rollouts across the College.

This is a role where strong technical capability is important, but what will set you apart is the way you think and solve problems. We need someone who takes genuine ownership of issues, works through challenges methodically rather than stopping at the first roadblock, and understands that outstanding technology should ultimately make things easier and better for the people using it.

A key aspect of this role is being an escalation point for more complex technical issues and work closely with the ICT Manager to research, evaluate and implement technologies that enhance learning, communication and operational efficiency across the College.
