Job Description To work on the following tasks independently: 1. To setup ICT test systems for product lines based on PAV provided by CoC team accordingly to the following requirement : To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within the planed budget. On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig and fixture purchase ) Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure. 2. To participle in project meeting to clarify plant/production requirement on test system. 3. Responsible on full test implementation according to test procedure according to PAV defined by COC team and achieve defined test coverage, make sure alignment and calibration process (such of flashing of memory, tuner alignment/ calibration) is in line with test procedure. 4. To support line for machine breakdown and support operation performance target. 5. General support on the following: To participate in daily meeting, project meeting to monitor daily operation issue test related. To upgrade software to the latest DUT software released by ENG or Supplier machine firmware. To analysis MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine efficiency. Early involved in new model concept discussion with CoC and TEF7, to ensure smooth handling from new project set up team after SOP. To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown more effectively and maintain test system in achieving operation OEE target: MTTR, MWT, MTBF. To propose preventive maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes to ensure machine performance stability. 6. Any other TEF7 related duties assigned to. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria: Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Technical Skills Basic software knowledge. Strong circuit analysis capabilities. Good troubleshooting skills, especially in ICT (In-Circuit Test) — considered an added advantage. Soft Skills Excellent cooperation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset. Experience Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
