Location: Sanford, FL Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shifts: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends) — Night shift urgently needed Compensation Base Pay: $33.77 – $49.06/hour (DOE) ~5 years: $38.28/hr ~10 years: $42.86/hr ~17+ years: $49.06/hr Shift Differentials: +$4.50/hr (Nights) | +$1.50/hr (Weekends) Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Days) | $20,000 (Nights) — available through Q3 Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Position Overview Join a dynamic 16-bed ICU caring for critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced interventions. This role supports 1:1–1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios, providing time to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Ideal for experienced ICU nurses who thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced environments.
