Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Nights (Rotating Weekends) Compensation: $30.60–$45.90/hr (based on experience) Shift Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr | Weekends +$3.00/hr Sign-On Bonus: Days – $10,000 | Nights – $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Overview A high-acuity 48-bed Intensive Care Unit in Ocala is seeking an experienced ICU RN to join a fast-paced, trauma-level environment. This role involves caring for complex and unstable patients with the support of a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Nurses in this unit practice at a Level I trauma–level standard and are encouraged to pursue continuous clinical and professional growth.
