As a privately owned, VECCS-certified Level III hospital, we operate out of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. Located in Wilson, NC, Points East proudly offers specialty care across multiple disciplines, including board-certified Surgery, Critical Care, and Internal Medicine. These services are further supported by our Advanced Diagnostic Imaging with board-certified review to ensure the highest standard of accuracy and care. With the most up-to-date diagnostic techniques, advanced treatment options, and round-the-clock staffing by both veterinarians and support staff, pets in North Carolina can receive exceptional, comprehensive specialty care close to home. Requirements Qualifications: Experience working in a veterinary emergency, ICU, or critical care setting. Strong understanding of veterinary emergency procedures, patient handling, and basic medical terminology. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with the veterinary team and pet owners in a professional and compassionate manner. Demonstrated care and empathy for canine and feline patients, providing comfort and reassurance to patients in distress. Strong observational skills and attention to detail to accurately report patient behavior and condition to the veterinary team. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
