At Apple, we take coffee seriously. As part of the iCup service team it’s your responsibility to ensure all Apple employees have access to freshly brewed coffee in their break room. As a route operator you’ll be responsible to sanitize, clean, restock, and manage up to 90 bean-to-cup coffee machines. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and independent worker to join our team as an iCup Supply Specialist to manage a large portfolio of bean-to-cup coffee machines distributed throughout Santa Clara Valley. DESCRIPTION The iCup Supply Specialist will ensure our business partners have access to fresh coffee and break room supplies. It’s up to you to maintain the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day routine will consist of refilling coffee beans and supplies and cleaning the food contact surfaces within the machine. You will experience running a route, answering service calls and communicating with building managers and admins. This role will report to the iCup Service Supervisor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma Knowledge of safe food handling and safety practices Route or delivery experience (1-3 years) Customer service experience (1-3 years) Warehouse / grocery experience (1-3 years) Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Use your decision-making in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Be an independent worker who interacts well with administrative staff on daily route of executive and black out buildings.
