JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for working with diverse populations, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships within the community. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, program management capabilities, and a deep understanding of behavioral health practices.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years’ experience in dd/ id program management or development within social services or related fields.
  • Strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CSBs and support coordinators.
  • Supervising experience is preferred, along with the ability to lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate tre plans (Part V) tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Create quarterly report of individuals progress.
  • Manage daily operations of programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and service delivery.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including families, community organizations, and service providers to promote program objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records related to program activities and participant progress.
  • Collaborate with support coordinators/ case managers to integrate services that address the holistic needs of participants.
