POSITION SUMMARY:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ID Operations Coordinator- Security.
In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for operation of computer identification badge production and access card function, as well as photo operations. Ensures identification badge system is operated according to departmental procedures. Provides administrative support to Security Management to facilitate efficient operation of the Department. Develops financial and administrative analysis for the department as requested. Will support the Security Office Manager and Leadership Team by collaborating with various departments on security systems related project.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years experience in an office setting.
Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communications skills is required.
Knowledge of Lenel access control system and the Resolver Perspectives Electronic Incident Reporting System
Must have demonstrated a high degree of self-initiative in prior work history.
Ability to multi-task.
Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $58,500.00 - $83,976.83 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
