JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience IDBS ELN configuration, customization and support.
• Experience of interfacing IDBS ELN with Lab other Lab system applications.
• Design, develop, and implement IDBS E-Workbook templates based on business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of IDBS ELN solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Utilize IDBS ELN to streamline laboratory workflows and data management.
• Experience in requirement assessment and propose design and configuration.
• Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to improve business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IDBS ELN with other systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IDBS ELN functionalities.
• Manage and maintain application servers and associated infrastructure.
• Experience in software development languages like Java, JavaScript etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• IDBS E-WorkBook experience – strong understanding of template design, configuration, and deployment.
• IDBS integration expertise – knowledge of API-based connectivity, middleware, and data exchange protocols.
• Java programming – ability to develop custom scripts and backend solutions.
• Server management – experience in maintaining and optimizing application servers.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, web services (REST), and authentication protocols (OAuth).
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or laboratory environments is a plus.
