You will contribute to health economics and core outcome work within a major implementation research program. You will build strong partnerships with Aboriginal communities, services and researchers in a culturally safe, supportive team. What you will deliver: Contribute to design, data collection, analysis and knowledge translation across Indigenous health equity research projects. Support the health economics and core outcome set workstream within the Relighting the Firesticks implementation program. Prepare high-quality research outputs, including reports, peer-reviewed publications, presentations, ethics submissions and funding applications. Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and partner organisations to support co-designed implementation activities. Contribute to team administration, meetings and seminars while promoting a culturally safe, inclusive and respectful workplace. You may be a great fit if: Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person with qualifications or experience in Indigenous health equity. Bring experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, grounded in respect, reciprocity and cultural humility. Apply knowledge of health services and Continuous Quality Improvement within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander contexts. Use qualitative and quantitative research skills, with strong analytical abilities and clear written and verbal communication. Demonstrate excellent organisation, time management and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
