IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT – SENIOR:

On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for an Identity Access Management Consultant – Senior for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with the potential for onsite work at our client’s Toronto office.

IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT – SENIOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves enhancing ONE ID service by upgrading the Oracle 12C Identity Access Management suite to improve the protection of patient health information and user account information. The consultant will work on configuring and setting up the new 12C OAM and OUD to establish interoperability with existing systems and ensure a smooth transition to the upgraded IAM suite.

IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT – SENIOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Minimum 12 years’ experience as an operations solution architect on Oracle IAM systems
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience with IAM systems for high-availability and fault-tolerant design
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience setting up IAM systems in active-active multi-data center configurations
  • Over 3 years’ experience tuning IAM suites on WebLogic, JBOSS, Tomcat, and Linux
  • Expert-level knowledge of operational best practices
  • Experience translating application architecture aligned with business and technical architecture
  • Ability to produce clear and concise documentation

IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT – SENIOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of hybrid integration (on-prem and cloud)
  • Experience integrating business applications with Oracle 12C IAM systems
  • Knowledge of IT security technologies, particularly PKI and TLS/SSL
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager and IBM Tivoli
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and with CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
  • Work with Health teams to improve the availability of the ONE ID service
  • Integrate logging and monitoring into actionable processes for improved availability and fault tolerance
  • Document design, installation, configuration, and integration procedures
  • Collaborate with database, networking, and infrastructure teams
  • Provide weekly updates to team leads and the project manager
