• Take a leading role in shaping and evolving our Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID as part of a highly skilled expert team.
• Design, develop, and continuously optimize our IAM platforms across cloud and hybrid environments, working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Enable secure application integration by supporting departments with Microsoft Entra ID connectivity (SSO, Federation, Conditional Access) while defining enterprise-wide standards and architectures for modern authentication and authorization technologies such as SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
• Drive the seamless integration of applications through standardized interfaces such as SCIM and advance the automation of identity lifecycle, provisioning, and access management processes.
• Act as an IAM ambassador across the organization, promoting best practices and strengthening identity security throughout all business units.
• Lead IAM projects and workstreams from concept to implementation, collaborating with key stakeholders and ensuring transparent communication and successful delivery.
• Play a key role in our strategic transformation toward a modern, cloud-first IAM architecture by supporting the retirement of our legacy SAP Identity Management platform.

• A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification provides the foundation for your expertise.
• Several years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally within large and complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing, operating, and continuously enhancing IAM solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID, SAP Identity Management, or comparable platforms.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management with SCIM.
• Solid experience integrating enterprise applications, configuring APIs and directory services, and implementing modern security concepts such as Zero Trust.
• In-depth understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures, together with the security principles and best practices required to protect them.
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with experience successfully delivering technical projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships and influence across technical and business teams.
• Professional proficiency in both English and German, allowing you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
•
