Description
CCDS is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to enhance our security framework. In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing and managing IAM and PAM solutions, ensuring only authorized users gain access to critical systems and sensitive data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of IAM and PAM into the organization’s overall security posture. Key Responsibilities Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage the creation, modification, and deletion of user identities within various systems. Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and ensure proper governance of identity lifecycles. Identify and resolve user access issues, including troubleshooting and remedying IAM-related incidents. Conduct audits of user access to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations. Privileged Access Management (PAM): Administer PAM solutions for privileged accounts, ensuring secure access management. Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to monitor and manage privileged access. Enforce best practices for the management of privileged credentials and session recordings. Generate reports on privileged access activities for compliance purposes. Collaboration & Compliance: Work with IT security and operations teams to enhance identity and access governance. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Document processes, procedures, and standards for IAM and PAM. Requirements: Saudi Nationality is Required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or related security roles. Comprehensive knowledge of IAM/PAM technologies, tools, and frameworks. Proficiency in provisioning, access control, and identity governance concepts. Experience with various IAM and PAM solutions such as CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar tools. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM/PAM specific certifications are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
