Description

We are looking for an IAM Specialist to manage and enhance our access management platform while driving improvements to security, compliance, and user experience. If you thrive in a hands-on role and want to influence the way we work with IAM, this is your opportunity!

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of NOBA’s identity management systems. You will collaborate with Cyber Security (CISO), system specialists, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and processes. With NOBA transitioning further into cloud based services, you will be instrumental in strengthening our IAM framework and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. In more detail, your areas of responsibility will include:

  • Manage and enhance NOBA’s identity management systems, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Oversee access certifications, role-based access, application integrations, SSO, PIM/PAM, and IAM improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IAM strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to refine policies and processes.
  • Drive the transition to cloud-based IdP (Identity providers) solutions and align IAM strategies with access management goals.
  • Implement and maintain IAM solutions for identity lifecycle management, governance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Develop IAM governance frameworks to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA).
  • Improve automation of routine activities and integration with connected systems.
  • Participate in and contribute to audits, access reviews, and risk assessments to ensure a secure IAM environment.
  • Lead the migration from on-premises Active Directory to a cloud-based IdP solution.

You would be a part of our IT infrastructure team, currently consisting of 9 people located working in both Stockholm and Oslo! Considering your broad collaborative landscape on a group level, the role would include some travelling days to our Oslo office per year.

TO THRIVE AND PERFORM WELL IN THE ROLE, WE BELIEVE THAT YOU NEED TO BE:

A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and can navigate fast-paced, high-impact situations. You have a strong understanding of IT environments, enabling you to diagnose and resolve IAM-related challenges effectively. Your critical and creative thinking allows you to explore innovative solutions within the IAM domain. Additionally, you excel at communicating complex technical issues clearly to technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across all levels.
In addition to this, it is important to us that you recognize yourself in our values: we are wholehearted, we collaborate and we take the lead.
