REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of Identity & Access.
Degree in computer science with strong focus on IT-Security / Identity (or an equivalent working experience).
IT Security certifications are an advantage.
Hands-on experience on IAM, PAM, Cloud, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-on (SSO), Role based access control (RBAC), etc.
Open minded person, problem solving skills, innovational & analytical thinking.
Fluent in English (German beneficial).

Operate and develop IAM (SailPoint IIQ) and (future) PAM solution (update, customize, troubleshooting, incidents, develop, etc.).
Develop new identity use-cases and integrate new applications.
Design and implement new system architecture / workflows / processes.
Monitor and audit access rights to detect and prevent unauthorized access.
Manage and develop the User / Admin life-cycle process.
Align with the business and define and implement business roles.
Stay up-to-date on information technology and identity trends.
