On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for an Identity Analyst for a 5-month role.

IDENTITY ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Identity Analyst will act as a representative of the Identity & Access Management team, working to promote strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders that depend on our services. The project involves Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) enhancements and Active Directory (AD) Group Remediation.

IDENTITY ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Solid understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, particularly in multi-forest environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex access changes.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.

IDENTITY ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience in department onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with the principle of least privilege.
• Experience in small team environments.

• Promote strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to performance-based SLA for access changes.
• Assume accountability for project deliverables such as AD Group Remediation and RBAC enhancements.
• Accomplish day-to-day tasks largely independently.
• Actively engage leaders with updates on progress.
• Flag obstacles or barriers to progress early and often.
